I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, offering excellent value for money. However, there were some air conditioning problems. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to the lovely Eunice. The location was fantastic, close to the CBD and many tourist attractions. The dining experience was a bit disappointing, slow service and overpriced options. Overall, a mixed but pleasant experience.

The hotel had great clean rooms, but the worn-out couch was a downside. The Shrine of Remembrance was clean and tidy. The service was good, and they addressed all our needs, big thanks to them! The location was excellent for our purpose, close to the city and loved the swimming pool and spa. However, the dining experience was disappointing with long waiting times and pricey items. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable overall.
